This one was an interesting challenge. Several neo-angles in the master bath, a wainscot tied into the shower seamlessly and wrapped the entire bathroom as well as up and over the vanity for the backsplash, all without breaking the pattern of the tile layout. Same layout and aesthetic went into the guest bathroom, both with heated floors, floating vanities, fully wrapped windows, niches and waterfall features. Full wrapped window for the kitchen backsplash. Removed all the old stone veneer on the fireplace, floated the entire thing out so it could receive the large 24x48 tile. Raised the entire floor of the home where tile wasn’t by 1/8” so the wood laminate we installed was transitionless to the tile floors. Then we gutted the Mother in Law suite and reframed walls, moved doors, installed an exterior window, a curbless shower with a linear drain, heated floors, new drywall with skip troweled texture, new cabinets and trim.
