This started as a tile job and ended up being an almost complete remodel of the home. The tile was a 24”x48” tile and required us to float the entire home to level out the subfloor. We use Uzin NC 150 self leveler with fiberglass instead of sand. This product allowed us to float out this 2000 square foot home in 2 hours and was ready to be walked on in 4, but more importantly, it gave us a perfectly flat surface to install these large format tiles. All new baseboard, door casings and window sills were installed. The entire interior was repainted, including kitchen cabinets. Guest bathroom was completely redone with the shower widened and a new pony wall installed. Old gas fireplace was removed and the gas line rerouted to the new gas range in the kitchen. All new vanities, mirrors, cabinet underlighting, sliding doors, garage man door, under floor access and several other minor additions were done.
